HEAD – ANALYTICS

Qualification: Post-graduation in MBA (Analytics / Systems / Finance / Computer Science)

Experience: Over 15 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics/marketing analytics in a large organization. Should have experience in developing and managing the analytics of business & financial metrics as well as performance measures, work closely with business to develop, recommend, and establish strategies, partner with the technology teams to deliver reporting platform(s), lead the design and development of analytical projects and develop KPI dashboards. Experience in large manufacturing organization is desirable.

HEAD – SAP

Qualification: Post-graduation in MBA (Systems / Finance / Computer Science)

Experience: Should have minimum 22-25 years` experience with at least 5-8 years` of experience in SAP Project Management. Should have experience in lead, develop and implement SAP initiatives, leadership and management of SAP functional and technical work streams, project planning, controls & monitoring, project risk and issue management. Experience in manufacturing industry or MNC`s will be preferred.

WWM (WINDOWS, WEB & MOBILE APPLICATIONS) – LEAD

Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science or relevant field

Experience: Should have minimum experience of 8 years` in web, windows and mobile applications development using .Net technologies with C#. Should have hands on experience in developing modern web apps using React/Angular, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS, developing RESTful webservices, web API`s or WCF services using Asp.Net/Asp.Net Core. Experience in RDBMS and NoSQL Database (MSSQL and MongoDB) are desirable.

IT SECURITY OFFICER / INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGER – ISM

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Security or relevant degree like CEH/CISM/CISSP/CISA

Experience: Should have minimum experience of 9-10 years` in monitoring & managing technology risk including operational, cyber and digital technology related strategic risks, responsible for developing company level security policies, standards and procedures, setting up Cyber emergency team, act as a key liaison with internal, external and statutory auditors and responsible for timely closure of audit finding.

SALES LEAD

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:2+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or the beverage industry.

Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Familiarity with the Coimbatore market is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting
